Philippe Silberzahn, a recognized authority on innovation, entrepreneurship, and business transformation, leverages over twenty years of industry experience as a consultant, keynote speaker, and management educator. He works with executive teams of multinational organizations to help them navigate market uncertainty and disruption.

Silberzahn is the author of seven books and numerous articles in French and English focusing on entrepreneurship, innovation and strategy. He is an associate professor of strategy at EMLYON Business School and a visiting lecturer at CEDEP, Fontainebleau and HEC Paris. His previous positions include Research Associate at INSEAD.

His diverse educational background includes a PhD from Ecole Polytechnique, Paris, an MSc in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Caen, an MSc in Management from the Sorbonne University, and an MBA from London Business School. Prior to academia, he was deeply involved in the technology industry, participating in the creation and acquisition of four high-tech companies and working as an international consultant in India, China, Europe and the US.
